This pamphlet was written as a short introduction to alterhumanity and its relation to mental health with the main goal of being available to print and hand out for anyone who needs to disclose and explain their alterhumanity to a mental health professional. The information in the pamphlet was compiled after surveying mental health professionals on what questions they might have for alterhuman patients or clients, and asking alterhuman people in therapy what aspects of their identity they felt might need further explanation.
