other research
Here are some other people conducting research of interest to alterhuman people:
- FurScience is the public face of the International Anthropomorphic Research Project (IARP), a multidisciplinary team of scientists studying the furry fandom, as well as therians and otherkin. They also perform outreach and campaign against the stigma that furries face.
- Manchester Metropolitan University is conducting research into 'young people who hear voices' in order to destigmatize their experiences, under which they include people who are plural.
- Devin Proctor is an anthropologist whose current studies centre around the otherkin community; his published works on the subject are open-access.
